UMD Student Organization Information

Purpose:	To experience a college level of cheerleading while meeting others who share the same love of cheer/dance and making a social connection to the student body and community. We promote school spirit and keep traditions alive while cheering on our athletes. We encourage a healthy lifestyle, provide guidance, and improve leadership skills throughout the squad. Go Dogs!

Meeting Times:	Email Contact with any Questions. We normally meet twice a week and any home games. TENTATIVE TRYOUT DATES for Fall 2008 Wed. Sept. 17: Informational Meeting Thurs. Sept. 18: Practice Fri. Sept. 19: Optional Practice Sat. Sept. 20: Tryouts (Ice & Land)
Primary Meeting Location:	SpHC 135
Membership Dues:	Uniform cost (new & tailoring), poms, and not much else.

Activities:	Cheer & dance at all home Men's hockey games; Promote school spirit; Occasionally go to away games (Minnesota, North Dakota, and St. Cloud)
